The inspiration for The Carriage Rooms came about when a member of the Wilson family, who took over the estate in 1995, used the old threshing mill as the rustic setting for their own wedding. The seeds of a bold new vision for the future were sown and today this family-run enterprise boasts a world-wide reputation as an award-winning wedding destination and outstanding events venue.
