Family Summer Adventures Start At Montalto Estate
Summer is made for making memories and there’s no better place to do just that than Montalto Estate. Over the years, we’ve become a go-to destination for family days out and this summer is shaping up to be one of our best yet.
Whether you’re joining us for a special event, letting the kids run wild in our play areas, or simply enjoying an ice cream in the sunshine, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
A Full Day of Family Fun
One of the best things about a visit to Montalto is that you can make a full day of it.
Little adventurers can climb, explore and let their imaginations run free in our popular Natural Play Park, while four-legged family members can enjoy off-lead fun in our Bark Park, complete with an agility course.
When it’s time to refuel, stop by The Café at Montalto for breakfast, lunch, coffee and homemade treats, or cool down with a visit to our Ice Cream Parlour. Before heading home, don’t forget to browse The Shop at Montalto, filled with gifts, local produce, summer plants and seasonal favourites.
From 25th June to 1st September, visitors can enjoy reduced admission to Montalto Estate’s Trails & Gardens, making it even easier to enjoy an affordable family day out. Adult tickets are now just £7.95, children £5.40, seniors £7.50, family tickets £23.95 and mini family tickets £15.95. Plus, with our great-value kids’ menu available throughout the summer, there’s never been a better time to make lasting memories at Montalto Estate.

The Walled Garden Presents Country | 19th July
Enjoy an afternoon of live country music in the beautiful surroundings of our Walled Garden. With acoustic performances, country favourites, delicious southern-inspired food and refreshing drinks from the Orangery Bar, it’s the perfect way to spend a summer afternoon with friends and family.

Once Upon A Princess at Montalto | 25th July
A magical afternoon awaits as some of your favourite princesses bring fairy tales to life in the Carriage Rooms. Expect sing-alongs, interactive activities, photo opportunities and plenty of sparkle. Little royals will receive a complimentary goodie bag, while grown-ups can enjoy tea, coffee, and a traybake. Plus, event guests can enjoy 50% off same-day access to our Trails & Gardens.

The Tractor Show | 2nd August
Join us on the front lawn for a celebration of horsepower, history, and family fun. Alongside an impressive display of vintage tractors and agricultural machinery, visitors can enjoy lots of activities, garden games and train rides. We’re also proud to support Air Ambulance NI through this year’s event.
